2. Competition Terms & Conditions:

The following rules shall apply to all competitions conducted through the Web Site (“the Competitions”), unless other rules are specifically provided in relation to a competition.

2.1 The Competitions are only open to persons who are 18 years or older.

2.2 All employees, directors, members, partners or agents of the Owner and/or its affiliated and associated companies, are not eligible to participate in the Competitions;

2.3 Participation in the Competitions and any prizes redeemed are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which will be interpreted by the Owner in its sole and absolute discretion;

2.4 The Owners reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. The Owners will not be required to provide any reasons for any alteration or amendment of these Terms and Conditions, and no person will have any claim whatsoever against the Owner, its associated companies and advertising and promotion agencies;

2.5 All information, rules or conditions relating to the Competitions, published in any publication or in any promotional or advertising material in any media, will form part of these Terms and Conditions;

2.6 Any prizes redeemed pursuant to the Competitions are not transferable and/or negotiable;

2.7 In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Owner will be final and binding in all aspects of the Competitions, and no correspondence will be entered into;

2.8 You indemnify the Owner, its associated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with Your participation in any of the Competitions.

2.9  The prize is valid only in the region advertised. If it is a travel related prize, then additional specific terms and conditions may be applied.

2.10 Prizes will be available for collection or delivery at the decision of the company. The winner has the absolute responsibility to comply with the delivery decision of the company for any prize.

2.11 If five (5) days* following the day of contacting a selected winner, said winner has yet to respond to ANMG communication, they automatically forfeit the right to claim the prize. A next winning individual will be selected to which the same time limit of response will apply, before moving onto the next. 

 *Unless the prize has a stricter expiration e.g. concert tickets for specific date, in which case ANMG  withholds the right to select an alternative winner within a shorter time frame
2.12 Winners of competitions are selected following standard procedures for picking social media and online competition winners (refer to for example https://thrivehive.com/how-to-pick-a-winner-for-social-media-contests for an overview)
