Bobrisky has responded to criticism on why he has yet to take to the streets in protest action against Nigeria's SARS unit...

Whilst most celebs are putting their words into actions and joining ordinary citizens as they demand an end to the violent and corrupt unit, the cross dresser has hit with backlash for 'sitting pretty', according to his followers.

Bobrisky has been accused of 'not putting his money where his mouth is' after posting a number of calls for action on his popular IG page. However he has yet to take any action off of social media.

But the influencer has clapped back at critics, insisting his life would be in serious danger if he had to join the violent protests. He also claimed that he cares for his elderly grandmother and could not risk anything happening to himself.

He wrote in a since-deleted IG post; "So if police mistakenly fire their guns and their bullets hit will help me take care of my 85-year-old grandmother or my brothers who still look up to me?"

He continued; "So if I die now, you think justice for Bobrisky will wake me up from death?"

However Bobrisky's response seemed to anger fans even more...

"Those protesting don't have family members looking up to them too?" wrote one follower, whilst another added; "What an insult! You should have just shut your mouth!".

A third added; "You can't even be in the sun for why even bother?"

Do you think Bob has a right to refrain from protest action or is it his duty as a public profile to show support?
