Burna Boy & AKA To Reunite For Africa Day Concert

Is this the end of their feud?

Burna Boy and AKA have seemingly put their differences aside both star in the Africa Day Benefit Concert next week...

The former friends-turned-rivals were embroiled in a nasty and very public social media spat last year which saw insults and threats of violence being thrown around.

But now the stars have joined forces for the charity concert which will raise dire funds for families affected by the corona virus pandemic in Africa

Hosted by the super-suave British star Idris Elba, the show will also star Nigeria's Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade, SA's Sho Madozi and Nasty C, Tanzania's Diamond Platnumz and many more.

The virtual concert will take place on 25 May (Africa Day) which will be streamed on YouTube. However the reunion will sadly not be a physical one, so the likelihood of the frenemies coming face-to-face is small.

But despite the good intentions of the concert, it has in fact attracted a lot of criticism from Tweeps who've expressed their anger and frustration at only a few African artists being selected to perform...

Some Tweeps are also confused as to how and why AKA made it on the line-up at all.
