Ruger talked openly of his close friendship with Susan Pwajok, a famous actress.

Recall that a few days prior, the actress, who is most known for her work on the television series "The Johnsons," released a video of herself and Ruger holding hands, sparking rumors among fans about a potential relationship.

When Ruger reacted, he initially claimed that she was only his best friend, but this admission seemed to offend some of his supporters who questioned him and insisted on knowing the truth about the two of them.

In response to pressure, the musician revealed that Susan Pwajok is his girlfriend on his Instagram story.

Career

Like many other Nigerian musicians, his musical career began in the church choir. It wasn't unexpected that he had an interest in music even as a young boy given how much his family enjoyed it. He was a member of the school musical band throughout his time there, and he had already begun creating songs that he performed at plays and sporting events in Lagos.

When D'Prince, a seasoned Nigerian artist, heard some of Ruger's tunes in 2020, he became interested in him. Then D'Prince started educating him to become a talented musician.

On January 18, 2021, D'Prince, Rema, and Don Jazzy posted on social media to welcome Ruger to the Jonzing World record and announce his record deal. This made Ruger well-known.

Soon after the announcement, his social media following rapidly increased as fans excitedly anticipated what he would have to give and whether he would beat Rema, who had been signed two years earlier, in terms of popularity. Rema had been signed two years prior.

On January 20, 2021, Ruger made his musical debut on the label's song "One Shirt," which also included D'Prince, Rema, and Ruger.

Ruger's Early Life

In 1999, Ruger was born in Nigeria, his native country. He is a devout member of the Adebayo family.

The young man was born and raised in Lagos, the nation's former metropolis. He was exposed to a variety of musical genres from an early age, which inspired him to fall in love with the craft. His family loved music, so this wasn't unusual.

During his formative years, Ruger was influenced by the music of Bob Marley, Rihanna, Boyz II Men, Beyonce, R. Kelly, and 2Baba.

He decided to pursue music as a career as a result, and his family was supportive. He is the family's lone son.
