These talented rappers' net worths have grown as a result of the addition of business and other investments to their portfolios, and they have become some of the wealthiest figures in the entertainment industry.

There are many successful African rappers, but this list focuses on three of the best from South Africa.

Cassper Nyovest

Cassper Nyovest, aka Refiloe Maele Phoolo, is unquestionably South Africa's best rap artist. Cassper, among other things, is a rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur, and record producer. The musician was born and grew up in a tiny town in the North West of South Africa, and despite being a school dropout, he has established a reputation for himself not only in South Africa, but also internationally. Cassper was recently named Artist of the Decade at the South African Hip Hop Awards, and he also has an alcohol brand, a signature shoe line, and his own record label in addition to his music. In 2012, he was estimated to have a net worth of $4 million.

Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, also known as AKA, is a South African rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and entrepreneur who is 34 years old. AKA was born and bred in Cape Town and he  shot to fame in 2010 when his hit song Victory Lap topped the charts, and he hasn't looked back since. Aside from chart-topping singles, the rap artist owns one of the largest nightclubs in Durban, a merchandise division that produces and sells t-shirts, sweaters, and caps, and a partnership with Cruz Vodka. In 2021, Supa Mega's net worth was predicted to be around $10 million.

Nasty C

Nsikayesizwe, a.k.a. David Junior Ngcobo, aka Nasty C, is our list's youngest South African rap artist, lyricist, and record producer. Nasty C has appeared on Times Square billboards, received multiple BET hip-hop nominations, occasionally hangs out with international celebs, and made his Netflix debut on one of the top-rated series, Blood & Water. Through a joint venture with Universal Music Africa, the rapper signed a major exclusive deal with the American multinational label Def Jam Recordings. Nasty C has accomplished so much in such a short period of time and shows no signs of slowing down. In 2021, his net worth is expected to be around $3.5 million.
