We're barely into the second half of 2020, and Burna Boy has already won the entire year...

The Naija star has seen back-to-back successes this year, and we couldn't be more prouder of him!

While the rest of us are commiserating over what a terrible year it's been, Burna has gone from strength-to-strength with his amazing wins; from attending the Grammys earlier this year, to winning his second consecutive BET Award to dropping a number of hot tracks including Odogwu, Omo, Wonderful and his amazing contribution to the remix of Jerusalema.

His album African Giant has also racked up almost 1 billion streams on various platforms, making it the most streamed African album ever! He's even teased a new album Twice As Tall, which we're waiting with bated breath for.

Now, the award-winning singer has dropped another international collab - and this time it' with UK pop star Sam Smith!

My Oasis officially releases later today (Thursday) and it sounds like a banger! Take a listen to the official teaser...

Burna Boy has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry including Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, Jorja Smith, Rita Ora, Pop Smoke, Jeremih & Serani (also in 2020) and others.

On top of that, some of his star fans include Rihanna, Diddy, Jay Z, Kanye West and many more!

Here's how tweeps are reacting to his latest feat;

All hail the king of Afrobeats!
