Congratulations To Burna Boy & Wizkid!

Congratulations are in order for two of Naija's biggest singing stars - Burna Boy and Wizkid who both took home another BET Award last night...

Burna Boy won his coveted award for Best International Act beating the likes of SA's Sho Madjozi (who recently accused him of being shady) and the UK's Stormzy and Dave.

The ceremony took place virtually with supermodel Naomi Campbell announcing the African Giant's win.

"Congratulations Burna I'm so happy for you. You deserve this and more. Afrobeats all the way...Naija in the house!", she can be heard saying via streaming service.

Next was Wizkid who took home an award for his collaboration with Beyonce on their hit track Brown Skin Girl. The singer also becomes the first artist from Africa to bag 3 BET Awards - Best International Act: Africa 2012 and 2017 and BET Her Award 2020.

Meanwhile Burna was spotted splashing the cash to a crowd in Lagos over the weekend.

The singer is seen stopping his Ferrarri in a busy street to hand out N100k to a group of fans to share.
