“Don’t come to my house without a face mask”, Businesswoman Laura Ikeji Kanu warns Nigerians

Celebrity fashion blogger, serial entrepreneur, author and social media influencer, Laura ikeji, has warned visitors not to come to her house without a face mask on, regardless of how cool they are.  The mother of two gave this stern warning in a tweet on Monday, apparently in reaction to the rising cases of COVID-19  in Nigeria.

Apart from staying away from anyone without a nose mask, she also added she would also politely ask visitors to use hand sanitizers too before coming near her.

COVID-19 is real, she concluded.

 
 
“I don’t care how cool we re, if you don’t live in my house, don’t come to mine without a face mask! Amma be hitting u with that polite use of hand sanitizer too before u come near me. COVID IS REAL.”
 
Laura is the sister of popular Nigerian blogger , Linda Ikeji  and is married to Christopher Ogbonna Kanu. Christopher Ogbonna  Kanu is the younger brother to  famous former footballer, Kanu Nwankwo. The couple had their court wedding on the 19thof January 2017 in Lagos state, Nigeria. Their traditional marriage was held in her hometown in Nkwerre LGA, Imo State on the 28thof January, 2017.

In July, 2017, the couple welcomed their first child together, Ryan Kanu in Texas, United States Of America. On the 15th of March, 2020, Laura announced the birth of her second child, Laurel, on her Instagram handle.
